2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

-The service provided was not performed as described in the service agreement.

-There was an error or oversight on our part that significantly affected the quality of service.

-The customer has reported the issue within the specified timeframe of 7 days after the service was rendered.

-A reasonable opportunity has been given to rectify the issue, and the problem remains unresolved.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, customers must:

2. Allow our team 5-7 business days to review the request and investigate the concern.

3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

-If the dissatisfaction is due to factors outside of our control (e.g., customer-provided access issues, uncleanable surfaces, third-party interference).

-If the service was completed as per the agreement without any errors or omissions.

-Failure to report issues within the stipulated 7-day timeframe.

5. Rescheduling or Cancellations

Customers may request to reschedule or cancel a booked service by contacting us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total service cost.

6. Costs and Fees

-If a refund is approved, no processing fees will be deducted.

-Customers may be responsible for any costs incurred due to last-minute cancellations or additional services requested.
